Cecil Powell, Jr.

Cecil Powell, Jr. was born on December 25, 1944 and passed on June 28, 2022 at age 77. Beloved husband of the late Sandra Powell (nee Thompson); dear father of Steven (Marcia) Powell, Jeffrey (Kristie Sissom) Powell, Milissa (Jeffrey) Clouse; brother of Betty Hamilton and the late Bill (Patti) Powell; grandfather of Ashley (TJ), Jennifer (Dan), Amy (Josh) Gary (Raymie), Katelend (Reggie) and Melanie (Tyler); great grandfather of Delaney, Edelweiss and Ella; uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend of many. Cecil was a member of Action Riders of Franklin County and Freedom of Road Riders.  Visitation at Fey Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 6 from 4-8 p.m. and on Thursday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Burial following at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Memorial donations may be given to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
