Carl E. Bibbs Jr. passed on April 7, 2024 at age 68. Dear son of the late Carl E. Bibbs Sr., Lilya Faye (Baker) Bibbs – Matthew, and Leo E. Matthews; grandson of the late Wilford and Lora Ellen (Provance) Baker, and Claude and Etta (Owens) Bibbs; brother of Faith M. and Stephen A. Welch, Jennifer Beth Nelson, Lisa Faye Bibbs, Linda Valerie (Bibbs) Baker and Shanigan Baker; uncle of Hallie Lyla Marie Nelson, Valerie Beth Overton, Carl Lee Parker, Jonathan Ashley Parker, Miranda Lynn Scott, William Gabriel Parker, Valerie Ellen Rosson and the late Gregory Aron Parker; great uncle, cousin and friend of many.  Memorial gathering at Fey Funeral Home on April 18 from 6-8 p.m. with a service at 6:30 p.m.  Memorial donations may be given to Missouri Department of Conservation.
