Velma Villafranca passed on November 19, 2023 at age 81. Dear daughter of the late Lyman Sr and Elizabeth Allen; mother of William (April) Girard, Richard (Jammie) Girard, Karla (Tracy) Reese, Mary Shan (Rick) Pillock, Dawn (Dearell) Homer and Mark Villafranca; sister of Rebecca Schejbal, Zoe Carr, Robert Allen, Dwayne (Sue) Allen and preceded by siblings Vivian Barker and Lyman Allen Jr; grandmother of 18; great grandmother of 19, great great grandmother of one; aunt, great aunt and friend of many. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be given to the local animal shelter of your choice.
