Sister Winifred Adelsberger CSJ

Sister Winifred Adelsberger CSJ (S. Leander) Passed away on May 13, 2025 in Carondelet Manor at Nazareth Living Center. She was 100 years old and a Sister of St. Joseph for 83 years. Sister Winifred was born in St. Louis, MO to Stephen and Winifred (O'Neill) Adelsberger. She was a dear sister, aunt, friend and Community member of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet. Her ministries included teaching in Elementary and Secondary Education; Administration and Principal.  Visitation at Nazareth Living Center on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 from 9 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Burial following at Resurrection Cemetery.
