Sister Carolyn Hupperts, CSJ

Sister Carolyn Hupperts, CSJ (Sister Carolyn Francis) passed away on June 26, 2023 at McGovern Commons at Nazareth Living Center. She was 85 years old and a Sister of St. Joseph for 65 years. Sister Carolyn was born in East St. Louis, IL to Frank and Ida Marie (Feldmann) Hupperts. She was a dear sister, aunt, friend and Community member of Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet. She ministered as Intermediate/Junior High teacher, Administrator, Pastoral Associate, Youth Coordinator and GED teacher in many schools and parishes in Illinois and Missouri.  Visitation at Nazareth Living Center Chapel on July 5, 2023 from 9 a.m. until time of Mass at 10 a.m. Live streamed @ video.ibm.com/channel/csjsl-general.  Memorial to the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, 6400 Minnesota Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63111.
