Sister Anna Margaret Kern CSJ

Sister Anna Margaret Kern (Helen Margaret) CSJ passed away on April 18, 2025 in McGovern Commons at Nazareth Living Center. She was 98 years old and a Sister of St. Joseph for 77 years. Sister Anna Margaret was born in Ste. Genevieve, MO to Francis and Anna Margaret (O’Hearn) Kern. She was a dear sister, mentor, friend and Community member of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet. She ministered as an Educator and Secretary in Elementary Education. S. Anna Margaret donated her body to St. Louis University. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at Nazareth Living Center. Service will be live streamed @ video.ibm.com/channel/csjsl-general.
