Ruth Ann Carroll (nee Hanstein) passed on February 6, 2021. Loving wife of late Richard T. Carroll, daughter of late Elmer & Bertha Hanstein, mother of Joy (Keith Roedel) Voisey, Richard Carroll, Patricia Carroll and Patrick Carroll, grandmother of Michael, Haley and late Jacob, sister, aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend of many. A memorial is being planned for future date.
