Richard Nickolaus Obituary

Richard A. Nickolaus passed peacefully at home on February 16, 2024 at age 82. Loving husband of Kathy Nickolaus for 60 years; son of the late Harry and Violetta Nickolaus; father of Kenny (Sarah) Nickolaus, Karen Nickolaus and Kim (Robert) Finnegan; brother of Harry (the late Bonnie) Nickolaus, Ronnie (Martha ) Nickolaus, Marvin Nickolaus, Debbie (Steve) Stout, Bobby (Cheryl) Nickolaus, Harold (Angie) Nickolaus and the late Janet (Charlie) Dieckmann; grandfather of Allen, Derek (Lindsay), Andrew, Richard, Eric (Kati) and Shannen; great grandfather of 8; uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend of many. Richard was a 4th Degree Knights of Columbus in Bonne Terre, MO.  Visitation at Fey Funeral Home on Thursday, February 22 from 4-8 p.m. and on Friday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Graveside service at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery in Bonne Terre, MO at 1 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Stray Rescue.
