Richard A. Green passed on September 17, 2023. Richard was a longtime resident at 8522 Pennsylvania Avenue in St. Louis, MO. Dear friend of Eddie Tucker from Tuckers Bar and Grill. Richard will be interred at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Procession from Fey Funeral Home at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 18 to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery for military honors at 1 p.m.
