John William Doering passed on April 2, 2026, at the age of 79. Dear son of John James Doering and Marjorie Ann Gabrielson; father of Janay Beth (Bryan) Zeilstra and the late Twila Jane Wiley; stepfather of Candy (Steve) Stodden and Troy Jackson; grandfather of Charrity M. Wisniewski, Richard D. Smith, and Zach J. (Kim) Smith; brother of the late Charles (the late Debbie) Doering; former husband of Betty Weaver Bergman; and dear uncle of Rick (Sara) Doering.  Procession from Fey Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 21 at 2:00 p.m. to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, where a military honors service will be held at 2:30 p.m.
