Glenda Lillian Dugan

Glenda Lillian Dugan was born on November 26, 1952 and passed on August 2, 2024. Glenda enjoyed being out and about and going window shopping, but more than anything, she loved spending time with her grandchildren. Beloved wife of the late Petr Dugan; daughter of the late Glenn and Lucille Williams; mother of Petr Dugan Jr., Glenda Dugan, Lucille Dugan and the late Glenn "Mikey" Dugan; stepmother of Tammy Dugan and Carrie Dugan; sister of Linda Miller, Marvin “Buddy” Newcom, the late Betty Martin and Diana Gillis; grandmother of Vanessa Dugan, Breanna Davis, Charles Davis, Savanna Davis, Edwin Hamilton, Sophia Dugan and Jocelynn Dugan; stepgrandmother of Ralph Vastine, Anetta Vastine, Richard Vastine and Anthony Vastine; aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend of many, including best friend of the late Sandy and Diane. Visitation at Fey Funeral Home on Friday, August 16 from 4-8 p.m. with a service at 6:30 p.m.  Donations may be given directly to Fey Funeral Home.-
