David Earl Lamb, 79, passed away on March 14, 2021, at his home, surrounded by his loved ones. David was born on November 24, 1941, in St. Louis, Missouri, son of the late Glynn and Mary (Allen) Lamb. David was retired from TWA (Trans World Airlines), where he worked for 32 years, receiving a reward for perfect attendance during his entire career. David served in the Army and Missouri National Guard. His interests included history, reading, music, and cars. David is survived by his wife of 29 years, Rosita Rosales Lamb, his 8 children, John (Leslie) Lamb, Glynn Lamb, Janet (David) Laub, Rebecca (Brooks) Waldrop, Gary (Sandy) Lamb, David Lamb, Ted (Shawneka) Lamb, Joseph Lamb, his 5 stepchildren, Floravel (late Tony) Scorfina, Marianne (Lance) Huff, Sandra Castro, Irma (Aaron) Markham, the late Joel Castro, 7 grandchildren, 10 step grandchildren, and sisters Sharon (Jim) Cox, Carole (Greg) Young, Maureen (David and late Tony) Bastean, as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Visitation at Fey Funeral Home on Thursday, March 18 from 4-8 p.m. (special remembrance at 6:30 p.m.) then to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church for Mass on Friday at 1 p.m. Both the special remembrance and Mass will be live streamed @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=69GrDVVh-uk. Interment will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery on November 24, 2021. Memorial donations may be given to Wounded Warrior Project.
