Cindy L. Johnson and Kenneth L. Johnson, devoted partners in life, passed away together on July 21, 2025, after sharing 37 years of marriage.
Both born and raised in St. Louis, they later made their home in a small Texas community, where they became deeply involved and greatly beloved. Their lives were enriched by the joy of their three cherished dogs—Gibbs, Loki, and Cooper. Cindy dedicated over 30 years to caring for others as a registered nurse, while Kenneth spent more than 40 years on the road as a truck driver, providing faithfully for his family.
They were the dear parents of Carrie, Kelly, Holly, Sarah and Derek; grandparents of Taylor, Joseph, Johnathan, Jacob, Awnalynn, Waylon and Nash; great grandparents and Callum. They were preceded in death by their parents and siblings.
A memorial gathering will be held at Fey Funeral Home on Friday, September 12, from 6–7 p.m., with a time of remembrance service at 6:15 p.m.
