Brenda Lou Minnick (nee Brewington) passed away on June 18, 2026, at the age of 86. She was the loving wife of the late Clifford T. Minnick and a devoted mother to Debbie (Steve), Glenn (Linda), Donna, and Bobby (Lindy). She was a cherished grandmother to Michael (Janet), Joseph (Natasha), Julie (Chris), Sarah (Dave), Kristian, Patrick, Brendan, Raanan, Isaac, and Abigail, and a beloved great-grandmother. She was the sister of the late Charles and will be remembered as a dear aunt and friend to many.
Brenda lived a life centered on family and care for others. She had a deep love of travel and exploring the world, along with creative passions that included crafting and painting. A proud private pilot, she embraced learning and adventure throughout her life. She was also a dedicated patient advocate for one of her grandsons and worked for the Hereditary Angioedema Association.
A visitation will be held at Resurrection Lutheran Church on Monday, July 13, beginning at 10:30 a.m., followed by a service at 11:30 a.m. A graveside service will take place at 1:00 p.m. at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Donations appreciated to Nazareth Living Center Benevolent Fund. Checks can be made to Nazareth Living Center with a note for Benevolent fund.
