Arthur Fey Obituary

Arthur Edwin Fey "Art", 93 years old, passed away on October 14, 2024 at the home of his daughter.  Arthur was born and raised in St. Louis, MO, and a graduate of Cleveland High School. He also joined the Army and served his time in Korea. After returning from the Army, he went back to work at South Public Market and then National Supermarket.  Art was a member of Local 655 for over 44 years.  Dear father of Lynda (Leonard) Tripp, Terry (Ted) Quitmeyer and Laura Fey; grandfather of six grandsons, Frank, Jason, Joel, Eric, Austin and Mason; great grandfather of 6. Arthur was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Ella Fey, Sr.; brothers, Paul Fey, Jr., Charles Fey, Kenneth Fey, and Henry Fey; and sisters, Josephine Zadow, Edna Fendler, Dorothy Rieser, Hazel Tempfer, Virginia Drinnin, Helen Drinnin, Rosemary Arias and Louise Clifton.  Special thanks to Sharon and Tammy, his hospice team. Visitation at Fey Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 23 from 4-8 p.m. and on Thursday, October 24 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 12 p.m. Burial following at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. Trinity Food Pantry, 517 Koeln Street, St. Louis, MO 63111.
