Dear Zeiter family,
Your mother was the best. I will remember her always as a kind-hearted, talented, dear mother to every kid that grew up on the block. I recall so fondly the many, many
hours I spent at the Zeiter home and backyard – learning to swim, going on errands with Christine and Mrs. Zeiter, & playing with dolls. She taught us about cooking; I remember sitting in the
kitchen as she patiently showed us how to use a pattern to make doll clothes. She watched over us as we played for hours in the basement with our Barbies …. Or played school …. Or played
house or sat on the porch with fudgecicles … Or barbequing on the Hibachi ... Mrs. Zeiter had the biggest heart and hers was a welcoming home. She taught us many life lessons as to how to
be a good neighbor and do for others.
